  abstract = {Intralife is a virtual space for inner-organizational collaboration
	tailored to trainings at the employment promotion fund WAFF, which
	are mostly conducted at distributed workplaces. It puts an emphasis
	on social communication to raise the learning curve of trainees and
	to ultimately increase satisfaction with and quality of work. This
