Florian Kleedorfer


Florian Kleedorfer

Florian Kleedorfer studied computer science at the University of Technology, Vienna. He has been working at Studio Smart Agent Technologies sinceMarch 2005 in the position of Researcher/Senior Developer. His research interests are machine learning, text/web mining and information extraction.

He was leading member of the projects Clouds of Music, SEMPRE and of the R&D project with tripwolf.com. Prior to his work at the Studio, he has been freelancing as Java EE software developer, mainly in projects with newspaper websites (Kleine Zeitung, Vecernji List). During his studies of machine learning, he implemented the string kernel for the SMO classifier of the machine learning framework Weka.
